The wood flooring I had installed 3 days ago is beautiful, I'm very happy with the outcome. The people who work in the San Diego store are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, personable. I have absolutely no complaints in quality or employees. My installer was a perfectionist. So, no complaints there either. Unfortunately I over ordered, so had to return almost $400 in materials, of which they took 3% for restocking fees. I was OK with that and knew it going into the purchase. BUT Corp. can't tell me when my refund will be applied to my bank account. All I got was, "it will be a few days". As I explained to her, all the retailers I have returned items to, don't charge a restocking fee, and their debit card refunds are instantly credited to my account. I have no clue what a "few days" is in corporates world. This is really poor customer service coming from the top, so I'd suggest you be very careful on your orders, because you won't know when to expect a refund. Not good.
