I needed a pair of jeans hemmed. I went to this particular drycleaners because of convience (close to where I live). Questioned if they were able to perform this service same day. The man stated that they would be able to do this. Stated to pick-up jeans after 4pm. They closed at 5pm. I went to pick-up jeans at 4:45pm. They had not even started on my jeans. All they said was "so sorry" and gave me my jeans back. At the same time that I was having my problems, I over heard another customer arguing about her item of clothing. DON'T RISK IT. THERE ARE PLENTY OF DRY CLEANERS IN UTC!!!!
