Provided by YP.comTook my 2012 Nissan Maxima here for an oil change and 115,000 mile service in June. I had an appointment but after waiting 3 hours I left with only an oil change. They told me I needed to replace my brake pads ASAP as my front pads only had 4 mm left, replace my front 2 tires ASAP and get an alignment because there was “uneven wear and tear on my front tires meaning there is a serious problem with the alignment”. Well 2 months later I just took my car into a shop down the street to get my front brake pads replaced and they informed me that they are at 8 mm and need no service at this time. they also said that my tires need to be replaced but there is NOT any uneven wear or tear. This is fraudulent business practice.

Provided by YP.comI bought my first ever car for myself from Mossy Nissan Kearny Mesa because I am a single girl in my 20's that needed a reliable car. I paid $24,500 and they sold me a "Certified Pre-Owned" 2009 Nissan Murano and promised it was in good shape with no mechanical problems. I soon learned that the car had just had two leaking head gaskets replaced and was in their service center for over 6 weeks with major repairs right before I bought it. Awesome. I've had nothing but problems since I drove it off their lot. It overheats, the electrical system drains power, the temperature and gas guages don't read accurately. Often it won't start, and I can never be 100% sure how much gas is in it. I've been working with them for months trying to get this issue resolved, but they've stopped returning my calls. I am still paying $400 per month for this lemon of a car and they won't take it back. Don't trust them, don't buy a car from them.
