I am very pleased with the service I received from Mold Inspection. I got an appointment right away and the technician was extremely thorough. He found problems we had no clue about and will hopefully save the property owners a lot of money in the long run. He found 3 leaks that the maintenance person missed and even some corrosion on the water heater. He didn't try to push for testing that wasn't necessary and performed additional tests that I requested. He has building experience and understands how things should be built and why mold would be growing as a result of building mistakes or from leaks, etc. The air and surface samples took 3 days and they patiently explained the results over the phone. The reports are very thorough.

I have not had experience with a mold company in the past which I mentioned to the man who answered the phone and because of that, I thought I might receive some help or information. Just from a customer service standpoint, the call was above average. I was inquiring about getting an inspection to see if I had mold. My child was getting sick badly not understanding why he was having sickness if it wasn’t too cold neither did I exposed him to situations where he would get sick. Bill was right on time and very knowledgable. I received a phone call from him first thing the next morning after submitting my request. He was at my door on time as promised and I received my results on time as promised. He answered all of my questions and concerns.
