I bought a 2004 BMW 330 6 moths ago on this dealer. The place had no cars in front and it was a little bit hard to find. The reason I came by is because they had the best price for the car I was looking for. Once I arrived I met a salesman who apparently was the owner or owner's family. The attention was very friendly and at no time I felt any pressure to buy the car. As well, they gave me a 6 month warranty for free and I got a discount on the price. The day I took the car for a detailed they offered to repair some lights and a free oil change. Now after 6 I have found no problem with the car . My experience with this dealer was very good and I will be back to buy my next car with them. Good experience !

It's true the facility doesn't have much in the way of glitz or glamour, but they have truly great customer service, and that counts for much more in my book.

Bought a '96 Jetta from this dealer and could not be happier. Got it for a fair price and it runs beautifully. Owned by two brothers, Jose and Oscar, who are super personable and accommodating. Got the "Sign and Drive" treatment and left the lot with keys to the car right after passing papers! Jose then contacted the bank and negotiated an even lower interest rate on my financing for me. Oscar had the paint touched up and a faulty trunk latch fixed on-the-spot when I came by late on a weeknight. Later I brought it in for some maintenance and it was returned to me tuned up, washed, and vacuumed.

My boyfriend and I just recently purchased a 2007 pathfinder. We found it through http://cars.com and called right away. We did an application on line and Jose was able to work out a deal with a great lender. The best part about this was this was all on Saturday. We went the next day (Sunday) to test drive the car and take a look at it in person. Jose did a great job keeping our down payment in mind and working out a deal with the bank especially regarding our monthly payments as well. . The only thing was the the price, it was marked wrong on the website so I would verify is the price if looking on line at through auto trader, or http://cars.com. It was still the fastest and easiest car buying experience we have had. Since all the details were worked out prior all we did was provide the correct paper work discussed prior, sign and drive away!!!! Highly recommend these guys for a hassle free used car buying experience!!!

Go here and get real service before going to the bigger auto places where you're just a number and you are dealing with layers and layers of people , here you can talk to the owner ...work out your deal !

Just bought a used Volvo S60 , 2003, low miles and price was good , I talked to Oscar really good professional customer service attitude , No pressure or hype. a Couple of things needed to be done , he agreed no problem. Finance through JJ , took an hour or so , no issues ... Oscar is a small business owner , he cares about his clients and provides , good service and attention to detail.

JJ&O auto sales, and Jose in particular went above and beyond to help get me in the car I wanted. I have a bankruptcy on my record and minimal established credit since then. Jose went out of his way to get me the car of my choice and get me the payments I needed. I went to quite a few dealerships looking for the car I wanted and payments I could afford. Every body I talked to had no interest in helping me and my situation get the car I was looking for, they were only interested in making the sale. Only Jose at JJ&O auto sales was willing to help.
