Avoid this law firm at all costs. They fully well knew I was needing to file a chapter 13 to save my home from the bankster enterprise. I informed them I had filed my second Chapter 13 without the certificate pro se. They informed me that I must let it expire and refile for James Byrnes to handle the Chapter 13. I informed them that we are only protected twice in filing a bankruptcy in order to save a home up for auction. I was then told that if the court is not blocking a third filing I so it would be fine. I was under duress with the second BK expiring 2 days before auction so was forced to race to the court to refile...
and exactly as I told them, they took my house two days later at auction with $200,000 in equity. I called Byrnes Law and was very flippantly told "the house is gone". I was told I had to get paperwork signed by the judge to protect the house. La de da...
UNBELIEVABLE!! I called the law board and this guy is under serious scrutiny with complaints and violations. Stay away.
