Today Inflatable World hit an all time low! I can't believe the lack of customer service. We went there paid the $30 to have the kids jump and less than 30 minutes later...Oh yeah...they were covered in vomit from sliding down one of the slides. It was all over their socks (that we threw away), all over their legs, and down the back of their shorts. I assumed that they would refund me the admission. I wasn't asking them to pay me back for the clothes that were ruined; simply a refund for the admission since we were heading home early to clean up. Refunds are against company policy and apparently customer service is too!
