The waiting area is very comfortable, spacious and accommodating. Your regular email reminders for my car���s routine maintenance are always timely and give me specific information about my car���s needs. I have referred several of my close friends and colleagues who have all commented to me about the positive experiences they���ve had at your shop. The level of personal and professional service both in person and by phone is unmatched anywhere in San Diego!

We were having problems with our 2000 BMW 528i and we had been to the dealer and other independent shops.The service and professional attitude that we experienced at Import Auto Specialists was second to none.
