Stay away! It has a been one nightmare after another dealing with these people.



I got my referral letter in the mail and tried to make an appointment, even with the letter in my hand the lady on the phone told me I had no referral, that the information I was given her was wrong, that I needed to go back to my podiatrist to get a copy of his referral approval for them. I did all of it and I drove down to the office to get an appointment and the lady at the office was baffled as to what the original problem was, that there should have been no problem setting up my appointment.



I get fitted with out problem thankfully and was given an appointment to come pick up my inserts 3 weeks later. The day of my appointment I received a call and when I called back I was told I they needed to reschedule my appointment. I was told I needed to turn in some paperwork (like A S. in a previous review) that there was a problem with my insurance. I told her there wasn't a problem I jumped through all these hoops trying to set up my original appointment so they have all the necessary paperwork. Then I was told my inserts haven't arrived yet. After 3 weeks?



If it wasn't for the severe pain in my tendons from walking this would be kind of funny, this is a place to be avoided at all costs. If you get a referral to them ask the referrer to send you to a different place. If you are a walk in client run away as fast as you can.
