I bought a 1937 Spanish casita nearly 15 years ago. Over time, the stucco developed a lot of cracks, even falling off in spots. I wanted to get it repaired before the rainy season, fearing moisture might damage the framing. Genesis came up with a competitive (not cheap, but very competitive) price for TexCote/Coolwall, which promotes itself as "never re-stucco or repaint again!" Genesis was not high pressure. Their crew was professional, careful and friendly, and finished my job sooner than estimated. I am very pleased with the results, and I hope the product will live up to its lifetime guarantee! I heartily recommend Genesis. FYI, my next project is water-wise landscaping for my naked front yard!

Genesis replaced my roof. They have impressive products, with lifetime warranties and offer financing options. They did excellent work and finished on schedule. Everyone we dealt with was polite, professional and cared that our needs were met. Jeff, the crew manager was great, he really knows how to manage his team and make sure all areas were kept tidy throughout the project and that the schedule was adhered to. I highly recommend Genesis to anyone who needs a roof, they are a quality outfit through and through.

Genesis are great. They replaced my roof this month. The whole process has been wonderful from start to finish. We met with one of the company representatives who provided us with a detailed thorough consultation, covering the materials they use, the financing options they have and of course a roof evaluation. The roof crew were great, they had our old roof off and new roof on in around a week. They were reliable and respectful and the crew manager David was always available to answer our questions. We have a big home and this was a large project, and a considerable financial investment that had been a real headache until Genesis came along. They delivered a great product, at good value and there have really good staff who are well trained, polite, friendly and who all provided us with excellent customer service.

We hired Genesis to build a Patio Cover for our home. We got 3 estimates before deciding to go with them. Their prices and quality of product surpassed the rest. Patrick, the representative with whom we met with, was easy to communicate with and straightforward about how the whole process works. Paul and Sammy, the installation team were reliable, professional and respectful of our home. The y delivered the finished Patio on schedule. The patio cover looks great and we are very happy with it.
