Somehow my keys kept getting lost, it was the zillionth time I had to make a visit to the hardware store, but unfortunately the store was shut for the holidays. Not knowing what to do, I looked online for key makers and landed. The locksmith who arrived, Eric I think, was brilliant. He got keys made in no time. He enquired curiously as to why I would need so many keys and I told him, how I was generally careless with them. He recommended that I install a keyless system, where all I needed was a passcode for access. I’ve scheduled an appointment for it with Gallery Lock & Key Store the next week. David was so understanding! When I couldnt make it on time back home, he waited for over an hour and left only after making sure everything I needed was sorted out. I wasnt serious when I told them to get there asap. All I needed was a new lock on the cupboard, and I was in no hurry. I'm on the same page as everyone else - great service at unbelievable prices. Called Ronnie from Gallery Lock & Key Store and he arrive right on schedule despite it being the weekend! The best part was that he didnt charge me a dime extra for providing service on a weekend. I recall having paid $40 to some other locksmith as an extra charge for calling him up after hours. Excellent service! Look no further. The woman answering my call was courteous and professional. The locksmith arrived much faster than expected and finished the job within a couple of minutes. I called Gallery Lock & Key Store on a Monday night and soon enough Jason called me back to schedule the appointment. We had an emergency situation and he was able to get to us in less than 30 minutes. Great service, extremely professional, good prices and on top of it all he's a genuinely nice guy. Gallery Lock & Key Store were so great with my finicky front door lock. Paul was on the phone for at least 30 min asking me questions and getting me to try a bunch of different things in order to avoid a service call. Mike was very prompt, efficient, and courteous. We recently moved and wanted to re-key our new place. Edwardo was very responsive on the phone; Mike came as scheduled; and everything went very smoothly. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and explained everything he was doing (including improving on the original installations). Because of our mistake, we missed one of our doors and had to call Mike back out on a separate appointment. He was very accommodating and just as professional as before. We couldn't ask for more. I got locked out of my apartment in the middle of the night with no phone or anything on me. I had a local business call a Gallery Lock & Key Store for me - unfortunately, that locksmith was online for someone else to replace the cylinder, and that's how I found Gallery Lock & Key Store ! I'm so glad I did. I called them the next day and they had someone out to my place within an hour. The guy who came was friendly and did the job extremely quickly and efficiently - for only $89! I have to concur with all the other positive reviews. I inquired online with three locksmiths on a lazy sunday because I was not really in a rush. Gallery Lock & Key Store not only responded in 15 minutes with an exact quote but he arrived on time for my appointment the next day and got me back into my mailbox. I still haven't heard a peep from the other two. Great, quick and professional Locksmith Service .

I used this Locksmith Company several times in my last apartment that had a tricky lock. He was always quick to arrive and break us in. He knows the mechanics of locks and doors very well, and is the most honest, fairly-priced person around. The experience has been so positive, I used Gallery Lock & Key Store to change all of the locks for my new business and replace a door. They was always there for me at any time 24 hours a day.
