There was not much of a selection for a small compact car on my last visit (only 2 and 1 of them was black and I hate black cars) but other than that I had no complaints. Always excellent staff at this location, very courteous, professional and very friendly. They pick me up and drive me home so I am very happy with that. Excellent customer service! This is by far my favorite place to rent a car and I rent here once a month. Just for the record, I have had better choices on my other visits to them so it does depend on what has been rented out already.

This location has awesome customer service. Always helpful and polite. Each time I return this location just for the positive attitude that has always been given.

Enterprise is the only car rental service I use. That's because they have consistently met and exceeded my expectations, even when I had a problem (flat tire) they delivered a higher category replacement car on a Sunday and insisted I use it to drive home to San Diego.

My wife reserved a vehicle for 8:00AM November 24 at the enterprise at the location 4930 EL CAJON BOULEVARD. For herself and her mom. She also was supposed to have a free upgrade. When she arrived at the location 7:30AM she dealing with the manager of the location a white heavy set male. The manager was extremly rude and told her the vehicle was not ready, he sent it to get an oil change. He said wait one hour, they came back an hour later and the vehicle was not ready, the manager was extremly rude to them and direspectful. They called the mechanic on the speaker phone and the mechanic said they where busy and have not even started the oil change. Why is enterprise so unorganized that my wife reserves a vehicle online and gets a confirmation email saying every thing is ready and nothing is ready. On top of that the manager was rude and very disrespectful. My wife is hispanic and the sad thing about it the manger went out of his way for all the white customers, theirs alot more noroom
