We solicited quotes from three companies. All three were very similar in cost. However, we decided to use Elite Living Remodeling primarily because of the Project Manager Yaniv.
From the very beginning we felt that we were being cared for by Yaniv. We were concerned about the original kitchen construction allowing for adjusting a wall configuration without some serious issues. One competitor wanted to proceed with demo and then deal with any issue later after contract signing. However, Yaniv brought in an architect expert at no cost to us in order to discuss our options and potential costs, before we signed any contract.
During the entire process, Yaniv kept us informed as we transitioned from one phase to another and when we encountered any issues, he dealt with them head-on, but was always calm and unflappable. Yaniv was always accessible and stopped by nearly every day. At times my wife was unsure about what she wanted, whether it be tile or flooring. However, Yaniv was extremely patient, even going out himself and bringing us samples from suppliers we hadn’t looked at. I should also state that there was no effort to use material on display at the Elite showroom. We were encouraged to look elsewhere if we wanted – and we did.
We chose a beautiful piece of quartzite (not quartz) which was fairly costly. Unfortunately, due to the square footage needed, we had to order two large slabs. Yaniv went out of his way to negotiate a buy-back of excess material with the supplier, saving us much money and the need to store the heavy unused quartzite. With regard to all products and suppliers, Yaniv demonstrated great knowledge.
All Elite teams were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable whether it be for demo, electrical, plumbing, flooring, or cabinetry. My wife and I were impressed with the Elite’s effort to focus on quality and accurate workmanship and not being concerned with speed.

We always knew what was coming up the following week and were able to plan accordingly. We love our home and would never have hired anyone that promised to do the scope of our remodel for a cut rate price.
