, I was greeted right away by Arnold, He was very very helpful and took the time to explain the different phone options best suited for me and my needs. My old cricket phone was having major issues with my phone. He fixed all that which was no small task, he worked on it it it was fixed, I have used Cricket for over 20 years, and never have I gotten this kind of service. Arnold is an asset to this company and a testiment to what Customer Service is all about

Best customer service, got a really good deal on my new phone with accessories, no one can even come close to these offers!!! Thank you Cricket for having this store near my house and work :)
