My husband and I recently moved to SD from Seattle. We met Bill from Countywide to take a look at our first place in the Mission Bay area. Bill was, and continues to be incredibly friendly, informative, upfront and professional in the process of procuring our new home.



His place was one of the first we walked through and Bill impressively encouraged us to look at other properties in order to gain more knowledge and peace of mind in the process of making our decision. When's the last time you ran across someone who wants your money and encourages you to check out his/her competition? He accommodated our timelines; has been extremely prompt in correspondence and when his home ended up being our number one choice, he worked with us personally and professionally in finalizing the terms of our rental agreement and assuring our absolute satisfaction.



Bill's presentation, thorough follow-through on all matters related to renting our new home and the rapport we have established contributed greatly to our decision to return to work with him as our property manager.



We feel very lucky to have met and established a working relationship with Bill and highly recommend working with him.

Stay away from these slumlords. I wouldn't let my worst enemy rent from this trashy business. Stay away at all costs. You will hate doing business with them, I guarantee it...

I would not recommend renting a property from this company! warning!!

I'd say the front office person, Gina, is very helpful. The review I read is really ridiculous as no one would say what was alleged were said, under those conditions, and not be terminated. I have had good success with communicating with Gina. Although the company and I got off to a bit of a rocky start (probably most my fault), they have been responsive to my requests and needs. And, I've been a home owner since 1984 so, I'm probably not a good renter having had complete control of my home situation for 27 years! I never write reviews, but I felt compelled when I saw the one review that was negative about Gina and Countywide Real Estate and Property Management.

The front desk gal, is horrible. If you can get past her and not deal with her, you'll probably be okay. She tried to tell me that it was okay to live in my apartment with the exposed bare floors--my carpet had to be replaced due to mold, so the room was unfinished. She said it was fine and that me and my baby could live like that no problem. She's a wannabe slum lord, I guess. What I do know is that she is an idiot with no conscience or heart.
