doesn't look like much but this is definitely a hidden gem. Its much cheaper then Subway and Jersey Mikes and they give you way more food. The owner is a real chill guy who makes everything right in front of you. A must eat!

I love sandwiches. The Sub Shop makes some of the best sandwiches in San Diego.

This place is the best! You can get two fat subs for $8.99 (Cheaper than Subways and Quiznos) and all the items are cut by the owner and staff daily, meat and cheese cut right in front of you from the block!! The Subs are soooo good, and cheap! (Side itemms are a bit pricey) There is an extensive menu of the cheap subs and you can go hot or cold. Dont miss out on this one-its way better than Subways and twice as stacked and its cheaper! I recommend a hot pastrami- it will make you happy you came in! : )
