A 10 step process of what to expect: 1. Once you place your phone call to our company, we will work to find an appointment time that accommodates your schedule. The appointment will be scheduled in a 4 hour window. All estimates are free. 2. You will receive a phone call from us 30 minutes to 1 hour before the appointment to let you know we are on our way. 3. Once we arrive at your house, our service truck will be parked on the street, not on your driveway. We will walk up the driveway to get to your front door not on your lawn. 4. When coming into your home, we put on shoe covers to prevent dragging dirt onto your floors. 5. Once we have looked at the problem, we will give you several pricing options on making the repair. With our custom pricing model, we can accommodate most budgets. 6. After you approve the work we will begin by putting down drop cloths in the work area to avoid scratching your floors. We will keep you updated along the way as to when the repair will be finished. 7. The technician will then clean up his work area, leaving it cleaner than he found it. 8. After the work is completed, the technician will go over with you what he did and why, and explain the warranty that is included. 9. The final step is the hardest. Payment. We accept all major credit cards and checks. 10.After the technician has left, you will receive a phone call from our office staff to ensure your visit was good.
