Horrible experience! This place is so bad about getting back to you. I would call or e-mail and wouldn't here from them in days. Before submitting an application for a property can we asked about two things. They said they would need to check with the owner. I asked them, if the owner doesn't comply, "can we get our application fee returned?" They said yes, that wouldnt have a problem with it (both me and husband witnessed this conversation. Needless to say, they with owner in regards to one thing but not the other. The other item they said we can't do it, its our policy. Shouldn't this information have been relayed the two times asked before applying??

After several attempts to communicate with the staff, some one finally calls me five days later, asking if we want the place or not because they somebody that wants to view it. I was very polite when I told her abut the problems we are having, she interrupted time after time with a rude and condescending attitude. She told me that I can't expect them to get back right away!Ha well five days later is a little much when you want someone to sign a lease. She said that she cannot return application fees and that she asked the girl and she absolutely did not say that.

After countless minutes of of being basically yelled at, the lady asked well do you want the place or do you want me to cancel your app.

I told her to cancel it, what I was subjected to was uncalled for and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The only thing this place has going for it is its courtyard. In there adds they post pictures of nice spaces but in all truth NONE of the apartments are anywhere as nice as the advertisements. The renovation they said they did are all messed up. ex~ bathroom door knob on backwards & floor panel between tile and laminate wood flooring not nailed in. In the summer there are cockroaches and late September to early November there are termites. Not much can be said for the residents either. one lady always fights with her daughter outside of their home, another guy has a band and is ALWAYS rocking out and partying. Parking space is small and very crammed up. Hard to back out of the stall and its not closed off.
