I really enjoy donating plasma, I feel like I am making a difference in someone's life... and even more so with the professional staff. I feel their friendliness is always on point, and I always feel comfortable and safe in their facility.

The physical is 4+ hours and part of that 4 hours was waiting for my BP to go down by 2. Now would answer what could be making it high or what I could do to get it lower, then they forgot to send a blood sample to the Texas lab so I made a trip and found out I couldn't donate til I gave them the sample and the results came in. It's been 2 weeks and still no results, 2 more weeks and I'll be doing the 4 hour physical all over again.... No other company has been so inefficient as biomat on El cajon
