We had two water heaters and a high-end bathroom faucet installed this year from Bill Howe. A few weeks after the bathroom faucet was installed the "Hot" handle became wobbly then popped off. Well we thought it was a simple fix but came to realize after two handymen looked at it there was a problem when it was installed. We called Bill Howe and they not only sent out a expert the next day but Micheal (professional and respectful) fixed the issue in a way that not only resolved the mistake but helped us avoid additional costly labor because it was outside their quoted 30-day labor warranty. Micheal went above and beyond our expectations and was able to effectively honor the company he represents. Honesty, integrity and excellent customer service! Thank you again Micheal for all your effort!

Curtious and professional. John was our repair guy. He was running behind and we were his last stop. He called us to apologize for running late and give us a new expected time of arrival. When he arrives you would have thought we were his first stop and only customers for the day. He was super friendly with the family and got right to work fixing our drain and toilet issues. He also showed me some me minor things to look out for in the future. Will definitely recommend again!

Very impressed with Chris Sullivan! He was efficient with getting our drain cleared but also had a great attitude which makes a stressful situation so much easier. Customer service & integrity are so important when having a professional come into your home. Chris is the man for the job and would use Bill Howe again because of his excellent service today!

Both Joes were on time, great guys, knowledgeable, professional, did a great job and cleaned up everything. They gave me a demo and showed me how to replace the fiter on our awesome new heater. As usual, Bill Howe delivers: 25 year repeat customer.

Michael Hoover... Where to even start...first of all he saved the entire night...earlier in the day i had a handy man drill a hole in one of our pipes on accident....and after two plumbers that couldn't do the job...I finally find the one stop I should have called from the beginning. Michael was very quick, the job pretty much only took a total of 15 minutes! The other guys spent hours pondering how to fix the leak...Michael was professional, the service was fast...and I honestly don't even know what I would have done if I didn't call Bill Howe...as cliche as that may sound, I've never had to deal with plumbing issues and I felt very relieved that they were able to take care of my problem with no doubts. Thank you guys again...I can't say it enough

We were very happy with the service we received first from the plumbing department and then from the restoration department. Dana and Joel were experts and were able to skillfully handle our very big plumbing issues. After they were done, Amber expertly managed the restoration. Michael was a fantastic tile artist. Pedro tackled difficult vanity installations. All of the guys were courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. Amber kept on constant contact to make sure things were being done the way we wanted. Hailey in the office was also very kind and helped me with my insurance company. Thanks everyone:)

Our kitchen sink got completely clogged over Easter weekend. Giovanny came out on Saturday afternoon to fix the problem - he was very professional, personable, and arrived on time. Because our pipes are so old and the clog was so bad, he needed equipment that wasn't available to him until Monday. We were a bit disappointed that we were unable to use our kitchen sink over the weekend (especially with a baby), but it actually worked out just fine. He returned on Monday and was able to investigate the problem and quickly clear the pipe. He got our kitchen back to working order and was very considerate and honest about the whole experience. I would definitely recommend/request him in the future.

Easter weekend we ended up with a broken shower that could not be shut off and the water line to the house had to be turned off completely. Monday morning we put in a call to Bill Howe and they were here by 11:30 AM, fixed it for us by 12:10 and had us back up and doing good again. They were VERY professional and understanding, I am very satisfied with the service and the price as we expected the worst and received the best! Fantastic! Our plumbing tech was Miguel Rodrigues and I highly recommend this company & tech. EXCELLENT.
