Babe Kombucha is named after Charles' beloved grandmother Marguerite Marie Zimmerman. Babe was the quintessential Californian. She lived on fresh foods and fresh air. She had a love of the ocean and the outdoors. This love of life and respect of what is good for our souls is what we embody in our Kombucha.
