To be honest, I was so scared by all of the bad reviews I saw online, that I made a backup reservation (just in case AAdvantage didnt work out). However, my experience was very positive Im a professor who travels frequently, and rent at least half a dozen (and typically more) cars a year. My car was new, very clean (and didnt smell like smoke), and the staff were very polite and helpful I cant speak to the shuttle service (I didnt use it) which many reviews mentioned -- but seriously, are shuttles ever pleasant? In short, this was a pretty good car rental, and the price is nothing short of amazing.
