These guys are bulldogs in the best sense. We brought in a Toshiba laptop that was behaving mysteriously and that another repair service finally gave up on. ACC was willing to keep experimenting, replacing various parts, some of them twice on the chance that the new part was also failing, and finally installing a new motherboard. They worked on the unit at least 8 times. The first time, we paid them their standard fee. The next 7 times, they bore all the costs for parts and labor. They did get frustrated along the way, but they remained courteous, were competent in their problem-solving approach, and they demonstrated a beautiful commitment to getting the job done right.
