Poorly Trained! Rude!

Not only was I not greeted by any of the customer service reps but a seemingly disgruntled employee named James made rude, billigerent comments when I asked him a simple question about my purchase.



After waiting unacknowledged in the custom framing department for more than 10 minutes, I asked James if he could hand me my previously paid for order (which was at arms reach). Though he was in earshot, he completely ignored me! I asked him why he was unresponsive and in an extremely deaming and angered tone, he exclaimed he was with another customer and he "would have helped me if I had just waited." However, his other customer had stepped away from him to another department.



I'm surprised that a man who's sole income possibly depends on a position as a customer service representative would be so rude to someone who has spent more than $1500 at this location for custom framing.
