Took three stove pieces in to be re-chromed. Not only did it take almost a year, they only nickel plated it - they told me it was better than chrom but started to chip and peel within a year, they won't stand behind their work and charged me nearly double what an antique stove place is charging. The worst thing was the owner literally went on a tirade - yelling and repeatedly swearing at me, calling me names, and telling me I was scum because I said I was going to put an online review. They told me I should have brought it in sooner, I say they should stand behind their work. Shame on them.
