I rented a bounce house for my son's 3rd birthday. Half way through the party there were two small children jumping and everyone heard a loud popping sound. The back half of the bounce house completely over-inflated. It was not safe for the kids to use, so my husband called immediately and the owner refused to exchange the product free of charge. I called him back a few minutes later and he would not work with me. He was not willing to refund any of my money either. This company isn't interested in providing a good experience for their customers, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH COMIC JUMPS!
