This is the second time I've used Closet Factory. Elouth showed up as a one-man team and got down to business with my 2 closets. He was professional, polite, and did an amazing job on my 2 closets. The top of my closets were curved and Elouth made sure just the right fit and size would work. I couldn't be happier with the work that Elouth did for my 2 closets.

We recently had a closet redo with the Closet Factory in San Carlos. We had an in home consultation with Brandon Kuhl who was quite helpful and designed a closet to our liking and the installation was scheduled around our time commitment. The day of the installation Jesus and Juan arrived on time and did an excellent job of installing our new closet. They asked questions along the way and let us know exactly what they needed to do especially to accommodate the sprinkler head and the rules for access to our ceiling panels. Would recommend this company to any who are wanting to update or put in a new closet.

We recently engaged Closet Factory to design, fabricate and install an entertainment cabinet in our home. The designer that I worked with is Cindy David. Cindy is a hardworking individual who listens to her customers well. My wife and I have very specific needs and high expectation of our entertainment cabinet. Cindy gathered all our inputs and came up with an absolutely gorgeous and functional cabinet system. Throughout the design and material selection process, Cindy has been extremely helpful, and she also added a dose of fun to take the edge off the stress.



Closet Factory has a local factory in San Carlos, which employs tens of individuals. All wood pieces were fabricated and produced at the local factory. Cindy invited us to their factory/showroom where we got the chance to see the various designs up close. More importantly, we have the first-hand experience of touching and feeling the variety of the materials, door, knobs and etc. It was a highly rewarding visit, and we were confident the material and design we chose were what we wanted.



The installation went extremely well, Joe and Eloy assembled and installed the cabinet in a breeze. Joe listened to his customers' need, and installed the cable grommets at the most aesthetic and functional locations. Joe even helped to fix one of the missing quarter-round wood pieces at another part of the home. Joe and Eloy were on time, very polite, and they cleaned up the place before they left.



Closet Factory is very competitive in pricing. I did shop around before choosing Closet Factory. For the quality and custom design, our entertainment cabinet is well worth the money. If you like the idea of supporting the local business, and look to install a custom designed cabinet, give Closet Factory a call.



I would definitely recommend Cindy David to anyone who needs cabinet design in a heartbeat.

I just had both a master walk-in closet and an office done by this company in a new home in Burlingame. I could kick myself for not going with a local company, Valet Organizers, which was recommended by another new homeowner. Now I have spent approx. $10000 for built-ins that look cheap and are totally different than the "design" I had approved. 2 large sections of the closet had to be changed in depth due to the "designer's" mistake (one was too large and would've covered a can light and sprinkler head, the other had lucite doors and had to be 18" to 24" deep rather than the 12" the designer had in the plan). A pocket mirror is not functional as it cannot pull out all the way on drawer sections, which is where the designer had it placed, and I was shorted a belt rack. Lastly, the counter top for the office is the wrong one. I am STILL waiting for a call back from the owner for a solution.



Honestly, please go to Valet Organizers, California Closets, or any one else and avoid the headache and disappointment I have experienced!!!!!!!!!!
