On January 4 2009, my car had stalled in a not so accessible parking lot in San Bruno. Clearly as the tow truck entered the lot the operator had only about a hair clearance from scraping the top of his truck. In that instance, I knew he was determined to help me at any cost!!! The problem I had with my car led him have to call another knowledgable auto repairman in the area. In less than 20 minutes he had my car running and"no tow to the house!" Not only did he fix my car he taught me about the mechanics of the car and what causes the problems so if it happened again I would know what to do. I just wanted to acknowledge the SBAC towing service and Mr. James Adams for a job well done!!!
