A definite one of a kind business that has great service and a huge selection of vacuums and supplies for them. I've taken my machines in for repairs or servicing and the work was done quickly and accurately. The owner is hands on. He really knows his business and is always ready to help with any problems. Highly recommended.

Took my vacuum which was under warranty with Hoover since this location is an authorized repair center they gave me excellent customer service. They also have a huge selection of vacuums and products. The staff is kind and willing to do everything to make you happy. Been a loyal customer since 2012.

I took our broken vacuum here thinking it wouldn't be worth fixing, but I would give it a shot. It had a broken switch, broken belt and just in really bad shape. Not only did these guys fix everything for a very reasonable price, but they cleaned and polished the vacuum also. It looked almost brand new. Very happy and surprised there are still mom & pop shops out there that deliver!

I recentley purchased a vacuum cleanser from Mr Lowell Trask of Vacuums Etc. His store is exceptionally clean. His friendly staff answerd all of my questions. Vacuums Etc is fully stocked with over one hundred vacuums on display. I found them on this web page. The reason I went to vacsetc was for my old vacuum was in dire need of repair, and his repair manager Randall Martinez sadly advised me my machine wasnt worth the cost of repair. So Mr Trask gave me a generous trade in value on my purchase. I highley recomend his service comepared to other stores in the Inland Empire. Oh by the way I bought a Sebo X4 at a low price. Thank you Vacuums Etc staff for helping me with your friendly attitude where I was treated like number one.
