THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A GOVERNMENT WITH A GOVERNMENT AGENCY



THREE CALLS ON THE SAME DATE TODAY RESULTED IN THE FOLLOWING:



2;30 put on hold. advised wait time 55 minutes. Disconnected by SS at 3:05



3:06 recontacted - estimated wait time 50 minutes - disconnected immediately



3:07 Recalled - estimated wait time 50 minutes. 3:45 still no response. Fully expect to wait the entire 50 minutes and be disconnected.



Why can't they arrange a precise time to return a call like some other governmental agencies. That's because SS staff have no respect for recipients.
