Select is a unorganized agency that will place you anywhere have you worken for company then in 6mo to a year tell you that they need to place you somewhere else because of your background.now for my understanding they are supposed to check your background in order to know where to place you.that not always the case I have been working for them for four years they have placed me at two places that I should not have been and now they are saying that I cant work for them anymore....very unhappy with them
