Provided by SuperpagesI have been taking my pom to Petsmart grooming for 11 years and have always been happy with them. Only once did I have a minor issue with his grooming and they took him right back and fixed my concern. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Provided by SuperpagesWe were told our puppy had to be shaved due to some mats. I didn't want to do this, but finally agreed as I was given no other alternative. Our puppy was shaved to the skin, came home unhappy, irritable, and is still upset days later. We will never go to Petsmart groomers again. They are unwilling to work with customers.
