My hair cut was completely rushed and looks nothing like the image I had showed him (javier). Also, before even getting a cut I asked if he would have time to blow dry it and warned him about the fact that I have a ton of hair....he said it was fine and that it would be twenty dollars. Half way through blow drying it he starts complaining! He's pretty much a diva then says he's gonna have to charge me 5 bucks more. The whole time I was thinking ok 25 isnt too bad for a cut and blow dry. At the end he's like ok its going to be 38 bucks! O____O. 25 bucks for hot air and its not a mall or hollywood lol. That guy is nuts. He's lost many customers, including myself.

I just went to get a haircut here and I hated. First of all bad customer service, I walk in ask for a cut the Guy (Javier) tells me yes but wait 10 minutes because he is going to "lunch first" didn't leave cause I really need a cut so I waited... Then I told him how I wanted my hair showed him a pic from a magazine the cut was totally different from the pic he gave me what he wanted, I wanted a long layered Bob with side banges and I got a Matilda looking bob with Audrey Hepburn banges. He just chop like nothing reg plain short cut definition nor texture, then I get home straighten my have and I literally see I have chunks that are longer. Wtf !!! I'm going to have to pay again somewhere else to get it fix. Please save the trip people go to real professional places, I've learned my lesson!!!
