I have bought two copiers from RJ. Both times he was there when the machines where delivered, he made sure everything was set up correctly, and even trained my staff on how to use some of the more advanced functions of the machines.



When we needed to make some setting changes to one of our copiers, he came out and did it himself.



Don't know about service, haven't had to use them for anything yet. I do know they call to get our copier counts. I guess they keep track of that for service reasons.

Easy to work with. Other guys came in and did a big, long presentation. This guy came in, found out what I needed, and gave me a price. I also like the fact that they are a locally owned business. I would recommend them if you are looking for copier.The only thing that could be better is they don't carry a lot of small, cheap printers. They carry business machines pretty much. Ended up at Costco for that one.
