If you're going here specifically and only to get your pets initial immunization shots this place is fine. For any other matter I highly recommend going anywhere else on Earth. They will add on every possible extra expense without telling you, make you wait for hours while telling you it'll only be minutes, forget to call your name (I saw many people sign in, get called and leave before me) and, depending on what day you go the staff can either be extremely rude and condescending or polite and helpful but the latter is unlikely and uncommon. Do not waste your time trusting this clinic, they are clearly in it ONLY for the money. I'd go so far as to assume that they train the staff to add on additional procedures and expenses at every possible turn.

ALways make you feel welcomed and take care of your pets with love and compassion.

This staff is exceptional and delivers a quality of service that is beyond ones expectations. I had brought both my dogs at 2 separate occasions. They were very affectionate to the animals and explained the matter at hand very clear and precise. Their prices are reasonable and much cheaper than going to a regular vet office. I highly recommmed their office.

We recently had to put down our family dog of 12 years. The staff was very caring and sympathetic as well as being professional at the same time. The treatment of my family as well as the gentle manner of the handling of our dog was unbelievably compassionate. They made a terribly sad event somewhat bearable. The facility was very clean and well put together. If you ever find yourself in this type of situation with your beloved pet, you can count on this place to handle your pet and your family with nothing but dignity and TLC, literally to the very end of his/her life.
