The movers were on time and friendly. That is the best I can say for this company. None of my furniture was wrapped as it was carried out or rolled out on the dolly which resulted in many pieces being gouged and marked by the dolly. When I noticed this, I offered a blanket to try to save my bedroom dresser, but the damage had already been done, and the men said, "Oh, I guess we can carry this piece". An accent table never did make it from old home to new destination. There are missing parts of shelving and lamps as well as the bottom piece to a wooden toy chest. It cost of $990 to move approximately 5 miles and I have many repairs and pieces to fix. I am very sorry I chose this company.
