My experience is that the front staff likes to talk bad about people when they are ushered back to a room. My daughter confronted them to set a record straight. They did not realize that a family member was in the waiting room. I find this highly unprofessional it and ruins the reputation of a possible good animal hospital. This saddens me very very much. I will not be returning.

My experience is that the front staff likes to talk bad about the customers when they leave the room. Especially when they do not realize that there are still family members in the waiting room. My daughter had to confront them and explain the situation. This is highly unprofessional behavior and it ruins the reputation of a potentially good hospital. I am very very Saddened by this and disappointed. I will not be coming back.

My dog has a clean bill of health! The staff are caring. Dr. Zielinski is thorough, compassionate, and explains everything in a way that I can understand it. I am glad that we found this clinic, like the ease and convenience of shot clinic days to receive affordable shots for the dog. Overall------extremely satisfied! Thanks

Good service. My dog is feeling better and I am happy with the clinic. Thank you to the doctor's very helpful staff and I will return with my dog for the next round of shots. Oh, the shot clinic day is very busy, but we did not have to wait long because they were so efficient.

I have had 4 of my dogs go to the Dog and Cat General Hospital off of Arrowhead Ave clinic and I have never had a problem in the past. I had adopted a white Phere in San Bernardino, CA Pomerianian back in June of 2010 and they did the neutering and I took him back as usual for the stitches to be removed 14 days later. Since then I have had this dog Groomed 4 times and no one has mentioned anything until I took him to another groomer and she told me that the stitches where not removed completely. Mind you we are now in February of 2011 So I took my dog back to the clinic after calling them first and when I called I was told that a lot of things could happen and the lady put me on hold and came back saying the doctor said its no big deal. Nevertheless, I took him back and they took off the remianing stitch and told me it was enbeded so my dog was bleeding and I asked for pain medication and they said he didnt need it but if I wanted it, it would cost me $10.00. To me it is not the money but the principal of trying to make a client happy or try to make up for the mistake they did. I responded "I dont want to be rude but after your clinic did not remove all the stitches when I brought him back like you were suppose to and I had to bring him again you want to charge me the lady said YES" That made me mad and I walked out very upset but without being disrespectful Because I did not want to stoop to their level. I dont believe they were worth any star rating but it wouldnt let me past without marking one.

I would never return here with my pet. Surgery was done incorrectly by a member of this staff, resulting in extreme measures to correct the damage, causing undue suffering to my pet.

Exceptional with the high touch care required after surgery or when animal is otherwise in need of ongoing care-- often one tech will stay in touch with an animal during its entire stay. Also very solid heavy duty surgery. Will board (dependably) animals in need of ongoing medication and oversight and they also have a groomer who is very, very good with old or fragile dogs.

These people are very caring of the animals who come to them and are especially supportive of people involved in animal rescue.
