I'm so happy with my new car. I just went to the dealer looking for a price, but I met an amazing saler, he explain to me all the details, every little single question, and give me really good deal and excellent price for my new Nissan Maximan and definitely I'm so happy with my choise, yes I have to admit that i miss my little old car, it's was with me for 10 years lol, but my new Nissan is amazing :) and I love it. Thank you so much John Rodriguez for give me a excellent costumer services and for all your patience. Definitely I will recommend all my friends and family to go to this dealer. I was pleased with the sales department & purchased a F150. Once it was ready for the 1st oil change, I went to their service department. A big mistake! They tired to push more services that should be done at 3,000 miles. I decline the additional work & signed the estimate work order. I waited for over 2 hours for only an oil change. Finally at check out my bill was doubled. Additional charges was for an air filter, gas filter & labor. The reception claimed this is part of the oil change package. I told her I refuse the additional service & I would only pay for the oil change. She refuse to give me my keys & called the manager. After a loud refusal, he gave me my keys.
Fast forward to 2012. Giving them a second chance I called for a quote for a tune up on the 5.4 V8 F150 $768.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't waste your time! If I could've given them a half star I would.
