Chuck B. We appolagize if you feel that way. We've been doing business in Pueblo Sands Condominiums for 6+ years now and have long term warranties on all the roofs. Our intentions are to do what's best for the HOA. We can't have people going on the roofs damaging the system, especially someone who's intentions are to flip the property and get out of dodge. We gave notice of payment before the lien was filled and you refused to respond. When you did call our office, you used nothing but foul language and hung up before we could get a word in. You may run your own company this way, but we do not.

These people are crooks. I own a condo and needed to replace my AC unit so I called PRIOR to them doing the work. They told me NOT to install the unit until AFTER the roof was done which I quesitoned and he ridiculed me by saying he knows what he is doing. The HOA paid for the new roof which leaked. The roof was done, I then installed the ac unit as I was told to do by the BRS, then without my knowledge they went back and re did the roof claiming my HVAC people ruined the roof and now put a mechanics lien on my property without ever having any discussion or contacting me whatesoever. These people are crooks so NOT use them. Who puts a mechanics lien on a condominium that the HOA is responsible for. NO ONE called or emailed or discussed this with me. Its obviously a ploy to make more money. DO NOT use them!!!
