The staff could benefit from a cultural competency/ cultural sensitivity training course. Many patients here suffer from chronic illnesses, and to have staff who are not sensitive to the patients needs is a disservice to everyone involved. I heard a receptionist tell a patient "I have a life too" in response to the patient's complaint about not receiving services .
