I got my washing machine here. it works great and carried a 90 warranty. the guy was friendly and flexible with price and delivery. perfect place to get what you need on a limited budget. I just bought a house and Will use them again.

Horrible, i was rather patient since I just moved to the high desert and it is far from there location however they will take your money and if the appliance is faulty tuff cookies. They assume you will work around thier schedule ( there would be no need to return if merchandise wasnt faulty)

They never called when said so short story i spent 340 ( in total i spent 600) for a fridge that has never worked properly in over a month not to mention over 400 in groceries that went to waste when the fridge still wasnt working after service call BETTER OFF BUYING NEW AT THIS POINT.

Still hoping they will do the right thing

I called his Friday morning. They scheduled a same day appointment for 3 PM to 4 PM. Close to 4 PM I called them to see if anyone was coming out still. They stated they were too busy to come out that day and couldn't come and give me an estimate on my stove repair. He also said that he would be here at Noon tomorrow (saturday) to come and give me a repair estimate. Saturday comes, it's 12:30 PM I call them to see if they were coming. The guy who answers the phone says "His dad [the person who does repairs] just let to deliver something to someones place." He also couldn't find my service request in their appointment book. When he said they were on their way nowi said "JUST DON'T COME!" YOUR BUSINESS ISN'T THEIR PIORITY! DON'T DEPEND ON THEM TO COME AND DO YOUR REPAIRS. THEY'RE TOO BUSY!
