I can't tell you how horrific this place is. The owner should be jailed for being such a blatant slumlord, but I guess the city of San Bernardino is content to let such huge and obvious violations go on under those nose. I know this place has been reported numerous times but nothing is ever done. It is full of cockroaches-worst infestation I've ever seen...they're EVERYWHERE and their 'exterminator' doesn't make a bit of difference. The place needs to be tented but the owner will never pay that kind of money. People with other options just won't live here so the place caters not only to the desperately poor, but the violent, the drug dealers and addicts, and the prostitutes. Expect police to be at the complex daily and that's not an exaggeration. Hookers take their johns to the carports and management doesn't even bother to clean up the used condoms afterwards. When apartments are vacated, it's usually by eviction and the apartments are not cleaned of anything, including rotted food, until someone new rents it. The stench is just horrible, not to mention the maggots left behind. The apartments themselves are just falling apart. Don't expect the most basic of items to work, including phone jacks and electrical outlets because they won't. There are giant holes in the walls where smoke detectors have been ripped out and never replaced. When is the city going to close this place down and fine/jail the owners?

these apartments need to be torn down NOW!!!!!!!!! there are roaches and mold and all kinds of crap thats wrong with these apartments I have a nine month old baby that lives with me and they never want to take time out to fix the apartments to the standard that they are suppose to be someone needs to send a code enforcment down there RIGHT AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
