In January of 2010, The Pizzeria opened its doors following a mission: to work hard, and serve the best pizza in the area, bringing an authentic and bold flavor to our customers. The idea comes up when brothers Alex, Omar, and Emmanuel Formacio, after a night of good ol' wine and fresh homemade pizza, the brothers decide that the RGV needs more and better pizza. After that night, Alex decides to move from the New York area to the RGV near his brothers and family. After a whole year and a half of planning, with little money but a lot of heart, the Formacio brothers start their journey in the RGV.
