Excellent overall purchase experience of a used 2017 Kia Optima LX on October 27, 2018. Our sales associate Darrel Loving was very informed, polite, and professional. He was not pushy at all which was refreshing. In addition, the Sales Manager (Giovanni) and Finance Manager were friendly, honest, and up front. I was not pressured at all during this purchase transaction to purchase any unwanted services or packages. I felt valued, appreciated, and respected as a customer. It may not be soon, but I will be back at this World Car Kia North when I need another vehicle.
