Had our HAVC worked on by Mario. He did great work! Will always use this company and Mario! He was very professional as well as efficient in his work and thoughtful of our home as well.

The ease of scheduling an appointment was fantastic. We were put on the schedule not only for the same day, but that same morning. The operator that scheduled our appointment was polite and asked what appointment worked for our schedule. The technician, Richard W. (Tradesman #3817), was on time, polite, professional, fixed our water heater issue, and also showed us how to check it ourselves next time. He gave us preventative maintenance tips and quotes for the future in case the water heater goes out or we want to replace it (so we know the cost upfront). He also gave us a coupon for a future maintenance/purchase. This company was overall great!

We bought a new unit when we moved inot our home. A year later, we had issues with it creating power surges. Will's All Pro was going to charge us $350 to fix their mistake, so we took care of it. 6 months later, we're having more problems and got the gold membership to curb the $50 that we were shouldering with each visit they had to make because of the issues with the system. RIGHT NOW we are having to pay another $160 for an emergency visit which the gold membership ($35 a month) is supposed to cover because the unit is out again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They'll keep milking you due to their faulty equipment.

Awesome guys! They installed my new AC unit this past February and Jose and Mago the installers did a wonderful job for me. 2 stage 16 seer system and I got $400 in rebates from the city! I would recommend these guys to all of my family and friends!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. In July 2013 we had a new AC unit installed. There were problems right away with the installation (every time the unit kicked on our entire house would have a power surge) and I had to call to have another technician come out and fix the issue. I had lost trust in our initial installer so I requested a different installer come out. Less than 2 years later our AC went out completely.



All Pro refused to stand by their work, I was stunned by this.



At first they came out and looked into the issue, but said it was too late in the day to fix it and that Dave (I believe the manager) would call us. He never called. The next morning I called multiple times but kept being told Dave was in a meeting. When Dave finally called he said the soonest he would come and fix it would be 5 days (keep in mind it is 90 degree weather and have no AC). He told me two others were just given same day appointments because they were local to San Antonio and that since they no longer work in my area that he would not come out for 5 days. It was obvious that he did not care that I was a customer who had spent thousands of dollars with him less than 2 years earlier (when he did service my area). I called many other AC companies to try and find someone and they all said I needed to go through the company that installed the unit due to warranty issues. When I told them the situation none of them could believe what All Pro was doing. It is shocking that they feel they can treat a customer so poorly. They were happy to take my money less than 2 years earlier but now did not want my business or to stand by their work.



I found a reputable AC tech to help me and low and behold, All Pro's estimate for the fix (that they would not do for 5 days) was TWICE the estimate of the new AC technician that came out same day. Wow. I do not know if they overcharge all of their customers like this but I would be very careful before hiring this company and I would definitely get a 2nd opinion to verify what they are saying is true. For one thing they told me all of my Freon had leaked out, but actually only 50% had leaked out. They were going to charge me for twice the amount of Freon than what I actually needed, among other unneeded charges.
