In early 2008, I began working closely with a commercial broker in all aspects of retail leasing, sales/acquisitions and management while obtaining my license. In late 2009, we recognized a need for an HOA management company with the versatility and flexibility to cater to the specific needs of different associations and formed Steel Real Property Managers.
