A/C Tech Darryl is an honest man. My A/C went out. turns out the problem was with my home circuit box that was in bad shape. Darryl probably saved my house from catching on fire. Even though I didn't replace the A/C unit, I appreciate his honesty and customer service. When it's time to get a new A/C I will cal Will Fix It.

Mario was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was thorough in his explanations of what was going on with my a/c unit. He made great recommendations to ensure my unit operates at peak performance! He was efficient yet did not seem to rush through his work. Very satisfied...

Just had our A/C system check BY: TOM. He performed a complete inspection of the system. He is very professional and courteous. He recommended surge protectors for our system in order to avoid costly repairs in the future. I believe that it's a good idea and had them installed. Will fix it is great! They hire knowledge technicians. Jacob came out on a Sunday to flush out our main line and take care of the clog. He talked about the problem we had and gave us a few different options to correct/maintain our plumbing. We had him come back the next day to clean out and inspect our house plumbing. He found that our main line to the city system needs additional review. We paid for the service and Jacob is going to come back out with another senior tech to do a more thorough inspection of our main line, this at no cost. He really made us comfortable that we were getting the absolute best service possible. He answered all our questions and went above and beyond with the service provided. I should have taken more of his cards because I will be recommending him.

Had a water main break, no water and 5 people living in the house, one is a 23 month old Grandson. Called a lot of local plumber, most said Sat or Mon. Checked the internet again and found Will Fix It. Phone was answered, I explained the problem, the young lady said she would check with her dispatcher and get back to me. It was raining and I had resigned myself that Sat or Mon would be when the problem got fixed. I went and bought drinking water. I was contacted and told a Plumbing Tech would be out by 7PM, Brian Medelez was there right at 7, the rain stopped and the Sun came out. He went right to work and replaced the broken pipe and installed a new valve. He was very friendly, answered all my question and we chatted while he worked. The price was much lower than I expected and the work was quick and we received a Senior and military discount. Will Fix It is the only plumber I will call from now on. Same day service, friendly service and great work. Our water pressure increased.

Mario was here twice within a monthtwo different problems. Both times he provided excellent service and information about our a/c unit. We will continue to call Will Fix It when we need a/c or plumbing needs.

Carlos M. did a great job, he stepped in and showed up for us late in the evening. Was very professional and even gave me tips on other issues we had with some bathroom fixtures. I would use Will Fix it again and give them a chance to show up on time. Carlos stepped in because another worker got stuck late on his job. Thanks Carlos for the great job!

Tom was the HVAC Tech who responded to service my AC Unit. He was very polite. His response time to the call was excellent and appreciated. He explained everything up front and pointed out only what was needed. I was impressed with Tom's professionalism though not surprising since he is a fellow Vet. Thank you for your service. will Fit It was wonderful, one of my AC units stopped working and they sent Victor D. out the same day to service and repair. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The service I received on the phone and from Victor has made this my company of choice for future needs.
