I have been going to this location for about 10 years. The first time I walked in I was 13yrs old and I was so nervous about coloring my hair but I knew I wanted it done. Gracie was AMAZING, she made me feel comfortable and confident with the color I chose. Since then she has given me her personal opinion on colors I choose (I have gone up and down so many times with different colors) she’s always giving me tips and showing me products to keep my hair healthy. When I schedule appointments here I don’t think of it as just going to get my hair done. I feel like I’m also planning a date to visit with a family member. She has made every single appointment very enjoyable. I won’t ever stop going to Gracie! She’s wonderful at what she does, I recommended her to everyone!

I needed my hair done so got my hair done by Crystal at this location. Amazing job, professional and just how I wanted it. Will definitely recommend.

I have been going to this location for about 7 years to get my hair styled. I've been going this long ONLY because I LOVE my hair stylist job. Gracie is the best colorist I have ever had, I always get compliments about my highlights and color everywhere I go. Who doesn't like that!? For some reason Gracie left one time and I almost died! No one ever had her patience for my hair! I have A LOT of VERY LONG CURLED HAIR!
The only thing I can complain about is the fact that the last 2 times I made the appointment they got it wrong or not even put me down. But that isn't Gracie's fault. I recommend Gracie as your stylist 100% or your money back :)

I've been seeing Vanessa Lara ever since she was working at VC in Austin,Tx. She is so amazing with hair, I will go to San Antonio just to see her and then come right back home. She's a genius.

Salon was not clear on price and I was told the price would be 200 dollars once I was getting ready . I was made to feel uncomfortable by creative director Mellisa for not wanting to pay so much and was told nobody could see me today for less. Won't be coming back here .

I was on my way to their competitor but stopped here instead. I told Casey what I wanted, she asked a few questions and bottom line I got the best haircut I've had in a long time! Got so many compliments the next day. Will most definately be back.

Did an amazing job on my hair!!

I have been going to Visible Changes for the last three-four years and had a problem with a stylist running late. The manager called me to not only apologize but also to offer me a free haircut with a different stylist. I appreciate the professionalism and will return. Thank you.

I'm not enjoying the DISCRIMINATION at the la cantera location. They are supposed to be hair experts at every length and texture. They charge extra fees for hair deemed as "highly textured". I would like to know how they define highly texturized hair. The rates start at $50 just for a wash and style which is outrageous. I am a bi-racial individual. My hair is actually very easy to manage and of all the stylists i have had (at least 10 different ones) only ONE stood up to her manager and made a case of how ridiculous that is and started charging me normal rates ($30 for a wash and style+ $3-6 if you want a conditioner). So I am limited to one stylist if i want to save money; on the bright-side she is amazing!
