These guys are completely unprofessional. Two Saturdays ago I went in and the guy who helped me was wearing a white t-shirt with stains on it. They were joking with each other and totally ignoring customers and making us feel as though they were doing us a favor to attend to us.Not once did I hear "Hello, how are you" or any greeting that would sound like they appreciated the customer even a tiny bit. These guys need to consider retiring. I have lived and worked in this immediate area for over 18 yrs. The service in the last 10 years has taken a complete nosedive. Rarely have I seen all "windows" open and yet almost everytime I have been in line waiting, there is at least one guy with his sign turned closed and he is just standing there talking to a a postal worker who is supposed to be attending a customer. It is beyond rude and I hear the same complaints from my neighbors and other business associates. Our mail carriers who deliver to my home and business in this zip code are great.
