Just a overall great professional experience at a decent price.
Eric showed up with in a hour and they and me moved in 2hrs from a large 1 bedroom to storage. I had everything packed they disassembled a few items and when we got to storage it flew off the and was offloaded way faster than it went on.

New owner was so sweet and they called and showed up and made my move go so smooth. Turn my worries of moving into a fun 4 men 2 trucks Thanks Two Guys Moving! ( Bob,Jon,Greg,Eugene)

Avoid this company!

Even if you call and cancel immediately, they will charge you a lot of money!

I want to let people and the place of business " Two Guys Moving in San Antonio". To be aware that the company states that they TRUST only the most professional movers on board but don't realize the Thieves they have. I know first hand by the same person who works there and steals has tried to sell me items that were stolen on jobs. I myself have been a Professional Mover for years and know how important it is to supervise and make sure that these kind of employees should not be in this kind of business. Will " Two Guys Moving in San Antonio" do something about this or will they continue to employ this person. Be aware people. His name is " Jaime S. "

I used Two Guys Moving on 2/15/10 to move some bedroom items and living room items. We had a curved staricase in the condo that made moving items difficult especially if they were heavy or large. Instead of getting friends and family, I chose Two Guys Movers. I didn't have much time to research movers and get different rates but I saw two Guys truck near my work and called the number. I spoke with Frank who was helpful but didn't book yet becasue I wanted to make sure we would be moving that weekend and to look around a little with other movers. I received one other quote whose rate was slightly less than Two Movers but since Frank was patient with my frequent calls I chose Two Movers. The two movers came Monday morning as requested and were very professional, hard working and friendly. They were constantly moving and not wasting any time. They took care of our furniture and made the two stops to drop off our furntiture just as expediently. They did a terrific job and I was very pleased with the whole experience. I will definitely use Two Guys Moving again and will recommend them to friends and family.

I had a terrible experience! Let’s start from the beginning… I called and got a quote for $85/hr for 3 movers. They said they would call to confirm, they never did (I should have known from the start).The movers showed up and I signed the contract that said “$85/hr.” After loading up my entire apartment except for two boxes the head mover came up to me and said, “Because we have 3 movers instead of 2 the price is actually $105/hr” What am I supposed to say to that??? No, that’s not ok, unpack all my stuff?? I was outraged! And it gets better… After packing up my apartment the head mover says hey do you mind if we stop at a gas station and pick up a Gatorade? I said yeah sure. So we stop at a gas station on the way (kind of) and the movers go in the gas station and don’t come out for almost 15 minutes! I understand it’s a hot day and they want to take a break but they took breaks while they were moving and they were about to sit in their air conditioned truck for 20 minutes on the ride to my new apartment. Once again I was not happy but consoled myself with the fact that they would not charge me for the time at the gas station. While unloading my stuff they were in a hurry because they have another job to go to. The head mover received a call that the other job has been given to a different team and they don’t’ have another job for the rest of the day. They begin to move at a sails pace and take A LOT of breaks. I am not very happy at this moment but just want it to be over. So when it came time to settle up I had all 3 movers in the room at once so, like an idiot I give them each a tip before I get the bill…very dumb of me! Not only do they charge me for their little gas station break they charge me for an additional 15 minutes! When I question what the extra 15 minutes was for his response is “well, by the time I get out of here…” My jaw dropped to the floor, that’s an extra 30 minutes I’m being charged for that they did absolutely zero work! They left and it took them about 30 seconds to “get out of here.” I called the owner the next day and he was not helpful at all (he was actually very rude). He claims he never quoted me $85/hr and that he would, “have to do some research of his own.” I have yet to hear back from him. Complete scammers I do not recommend these people to ANYONE!!
